We went to check out the Surf Wood For Good Auction; a collaboration between Dick Pearce and Friends, Surfers Against Sewage and Little Goat Gruff. Our bellyboards were put in the hands of the creatives to raise money that will help SAS to conserve and protect our oceans.
Our favourite way to do R&D on new bellyboard prototypes is grab some mates, head to a wedging shorebreak and put them through their paces. So last week, as a lovely pulse of summer swell loomed, we rounded up some of the crew and did just that.
At Dick Pearce we’ve always been committed to making durable, sustainable products designed and built right here in the UK. In recent years, this ethos has expanded beyond our bellyboards to encompass a whole range of gear, from blankets to bags.
